For over 30 years, I’ve studied the intersection of cognitive psychology, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapies to help people break free from the mental programs that keep them stuck. What I’ve discovered—and what I now teach—is that the root of most emotional suffering isn’t life itself, but the way we relate to our inner world.
